We have had some major changes at FiveP, see our blog (https://fivep.com.au/agile-at-fivep/). A huge influence has come from Jeff Sutherland in how we have embraced agile, not only for our projects but also our customer support service.
Jeff Sutherland, started his career as a ‘top gun’ fighter pilot in the US air force. Went on to study medicine, get a PhD and become a professor in radiology and biometrics, where he did mathematical modelling of human cancer cells. Was lured from the academia world into business where he rolled out ATMs for large banks in the US.
In the nineties, he developed Scrum with Ken Schwaber, using the knowledge and experiences he’d gained throughout his career.
Since then he is been CEO/CTO/VP of a dozen companies, using scrum to run many of them.
Sadly the link to the interview has been removed. The one attached is a reading from the book?
