Primary Care Connect (PCC) are regarded as a community health service that engages well with vulnerable and hard to reach community groups. PCC have over 25 programs focusing on a range of health and well-being issues and they pride themselves on providing person-centered and consumer-driven care that allows people to take control of their lives and bring about change.
We had an existing SharePoint, but it was not functional. Staff could not find documents they were looking for, our existing SharePoint was not engaging or exciting to look at, and, basically, became a place to simply save documents (that you couldn’t find again though!).
Primary Care Connect are also doing a lot of work to build a collaborative culture in our workforce and our current systems were a real barrier to achieving this.
Communication and engagement with our staff was a barrier for us all to truly collaborate effectively on projects and service delivery.
We were also halfway between transitioning to Office 365, but had little to no knowledge on the potential it actually had.
Having a company that understands, or takes the time to understand our business, and what we do, which John and Himali really did very well. The level and quality of support were key for us.
As a not-for-profit organisation, the price was also an important factor for us.
Knowing what we wanted and what we could actually achieve with SharePoint was one of them, but FiveP really helped us understand what our pain points were, and what we could do to fix them.
Our low level of knowledge was a concern too, but John and Himali were fantastic in teaching our team and being very patient with all of our questions.
To be honest, we were not on a strict timeline, but with the help of the FiveP team, the project ran on time and communication was fantastic.
We have finished our training with the staff during the first week of April (2018), and our team are excited to start using MILO (our new SharePoint).
They can really see the benefits of it, and how it will help in collaboration and working better as teams.
Now, our Staff are excited to use MILO (our new SharePoint) and to see how it will help in collaborating and working better as teams.
FiveP's enthusiasm and technical approach aligned strongly with our internal values at GenesisCare
Following the migration, FiveP’s support and training allowed TRY’s staff to embrace the new technology quickly and the timeframe expectations were met.
FiveP have really understood we have lots of staff and franchisees who are not technical, so the system has been really quick to roll out and easy for everyone to learn. It's great to see the difference it has already made for our business.
One of the important things that resonated with us was that FiveP came to us as a change management
business rather than just a SharePoint business.
The guys at FiveP adapted fast to what we were looking for: they quickly understood that they had to be targeted and directed on what we were trying to achieve
I wanted the intranet to be the one shop to stop for information (‘the single source of truth’).
We now have an interactive, graphical representation of our framework that is easy to use and provides the right level of support and project management governance.
The solution implemented by FiveP improves the collaboration and communication with our employees, they can now quickly access the information they need, at any time and on any device.
The CardiNet project won the “CEO Commendation Award for 2014” which was a very proud moment for us. In addition to this, a couple of months ago, the CardiNet project received an internal Quarterly Award.
Throughout the process, FiveP demonstrated leadership and provided timely advice, helping us to understand how the merger of our information assets could be best achieved in a manner which supported our ongoing operations and community commitments.
By engaging FiveP as a SharePoint specialist we were able to plan a controlled consolidation and content migration program of works which simplified our IT landscape considerably.
FiveP’s client-centred approach, along with their professionalism and focused customer service, made the process and project an effortless endeavour.
MAV’s users can easily keep up-to-date on readily and quickly found information that has improved their collaborative efforts. The degree to which FiveP supported us, proactively and beyond what was expected, ensured the success of the project.
The project has been a success; the new intranet is widely regarded as the ‘source of truth’ for all employees. FiveP’s solution created a system that quickly searched and found relevant information from possibly thousands of documents.
FiveP provided training and user guides which empowered our content authors to truly ‘own’ the site, allowing them add and change content as needed to ensure it remains current and topical.
